One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic service from the breakfast team who were so attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Dinner at Ding Doong was equally impressive. Both the food and service exceeded our expectations, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is right in the heart of Hanoi, yet in a calmer pocket where it’s much easier to cross the roads (a huge plus if you’ve been to Hanoi before!). It’s close to everything, but you still get a sense of calm and comfort when you return at the end of the day.
